May I ask you a question. Where I live in in the NW in the US in my little growing area, there are now THREE fast SUPER-BRIGHT VERY FAST strobbing/pulsing lights on top of things like -- buildings, signs, etc. I always have my protective sunglasses on but it is SO unpleasant to see for even a second. I take it that maybe THESE are some kind of weapon as well? I see no reason why these awful things are on top of things. Do you know what these are?
