I bring to your attention an inconsistency where the Telecommunications Act Schedule 3A requirement for notification and consultation appears to have not been observed for the installation of Newcastle City Council NCC Traffic Management system infrastructure.
Not only my FOI that confirms there has been no Public notification or consultation for “decades”, but also a Planning Department that states it does not have to.
NCC Planning Team and NCC Traffic Email; I’ve been informed it is not a requirement of Planning legislation to consult planning for any SMART traffic control technology.
Clearly there is a necessity for Newcastle City Council to verify what is in, or not in, the Telecommunications Act Schedule3a. Para75.
Telecommunications Act 2003 Schedule 3A (search for “75” as the 2nd find)
Para 75. 1,2
75(1)This paragraph applies where—
(a)an operator has, for the purposes of the operator's network, installed any electronic communications apparatus, and
(b)the whole or part of the apparatus is at a height of three metres or more above the ground.
(2)The operator must, before the end of the period of three days beginning with the day after that on which the installation is completed, in a secure and durable manner attach a notice—
(a)to every major item of apparatus installed, or
(b)if no major item of apparatus is installed, to the nearest major item of electronic communications apparatus to which the apparatus that is installed is directly or indirectly connected.
(3)A notice attached under sub-paragraph (2)—
(a)must be attached in a position where it is reasonably legible, and
(b)must give the name of the operator and an address in the United Kingdom at which any notice of objection may be given under paragraph 77(5) in respect of the apparatus in question.

I am not aware of any NCC notices to inform the Public of proposed Traffic systems infrastructure, or of any proposed Traffic Management systems Public consultations by Newcastle City Council as evidenced in my FOI 23529 with NCC Traffic Designer response 23/01/2025.
A response by NCC Traffic designer email 23/01/2025 FOI attached pdf response;
“As far as I am aware there have been no public consultations held regarding the use of this equipment as they are essentially just updated current versions of equipment which has been used over many decades.”
That observation also confirmed by Newcastle residents.

Smart Traffic Systems that use Lidar laser using suspect laser diodes way beyond, >500milliwatts. Class4 laser as lethal.

Smart Traffic Lights use 24Ghz radar again as an irradiation issue with well researched life threatening issues, and an Environmental Impact Assessment EIA.
Then for those who are more vulnerable who may have rare earth highly toxic lanathanoids in their blood (mRNAJabbed), or those with heart conditions especially with pacemakers, or get a full dose of laser on their skin or in their eyes then that too requires an Environmental Impact assessment as to safety at road crossings.

(This is to help those harming, to learn from their own errors and is not sent back with malice or anger, just a calm heart)
Then,
we can ask for all that has been lost from yourself and loved ones, pets, plants, all precious life to be healed and restored, in the form of Purest Light codes which can never be distorted or infiltrated by the dark or any other technology.
When these threes requests are made, a powerful force of goodness starts to surround and protect you and shield you from this frequency attack. It builds the more you use it and unfortunately it stops working and dismantles itself if not used three times daily, so it needs a commitment to self and others to want to maintain the protection once in place.
The requests are said in this order — there are deeper reasons for doing it this way.

I share more help on my SS if you wanted insights to helping all life using more powerful, healing frequencies than the ones being used to harm us. I am totally trusting that bringing in more powerful, positive frequencies will help you.
My husband survived cancer. He is not religious but he does believe that we are being helped. It was stage four when they found it and he had two months to live. We used heart connection to gain help each day, and advice for ourselves and all life, including the wildlife, and he survived.
I was inwardly advised that the most powerful healing frequencies are HOPE, TRUST, and FAITH, and if more who had no belief system saw these frequencies like a science, in terms of them being Frequencies of a far higher strength than hatred, anger, malice, and if they envisaged these frequencies surrounding them each day, through imagination or through pretending they were there, then, these healing frequencies would help more who had cancer and who were ill, to help them on their journey.

I am aware of this, not in such depth and breadth. In my own morning meditation, I have been incorporating LOVE, COMPASSION, GRATITUDE, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, FORGIVENESS and HEALING in my tapping routine, when I am meditating on entraining my heart waves and brain waves in those attributes. I live in the US and they poisoned gardens all across the country here when it rained last year. I won't be gardening outside any longer. I am not aware of any NCC notices to inform the Public of proposed Traffic systems infrastructure, or of any proposed Traffic Management systems Public consultations by Newcastle City Council as evidenced in my FOI 23529 with NCC Traffic Designer response 23/01/2025.

Then consider what could be the issues for Public consulations that were not conducted;
Smart Traffic Systems that use Lidar laser using suspect laser diodes way beyond, >500milliwatts. Class4 laser as lethal.
All EMF, and Laser is dangerous depending on intensity and exposure, however the perspective needs proportional comparison to the use of a Mobile phone inches from the brain, as well as lasers can damage within ¼ second of exposure or instantly depending on power.
If traffic lights are using Class4 >500mW lasers then there should be Public Consultation
Smart Traffic Lights use 24Ghz radar again as an irradiation issue with well researched life threatening issues, and an Environmental Impact Assessment EIA.
Then for those who are more vulnerable who may have rare earth highly toxic lanathanoids in their blood (mRNAJabbed), or those with heart conditions especially with pacemakers, or get a full dose of laser on their skin or in their eyes then that too requires an Environmental Impact assessment as to safety at road crossings.
A society being irradiated 24/7 by Smart Traffic management systems using the latest lethal technology of Lidar and radar at 24Ghz, with no Pubic consultation as to safety.
Are Smart traffic lights a kill zone for the unsuspecting.

Can someone answer this question --- In the illustration we've seen of the Multi-fusion photon ionization radiation gun --- how many inches/centimeters is it from front to back? It looks quite long in the illustration. I'm in the US and trying to figure out if I see these in our larger intersections which do have things that kind of look like it -- but only with ONE telescoping 'eye' and not two, as seen in this illustration. They are all over the place at one intersection and I want to find out what they are.
Every intersection I stop at for any length of time. I get major pain in my temples and brain and my ears start ringing. The new 5G tower put in 2 years ago, 1000 ft from our home completely wiped out my sunny kitchen tropical garden, which flourished there, for over 30 years, in 2 months. I have not been able to grow another plant. Everything is dying here... inside and out, birds, butterflies, bees ... all wildlife!
I'm so sorry you are suffering like that and having that 5g tower SO CLOSE to your home! And now your garden is ruined. I can't grow one thing in my yard either because my neighbors hold on to their smart meters. I got rid of mine but can't get them to switch theirs back. No bees, no garden, no vegetables......
I still have a garden at our lake property and one at home that didn't do too well last year ... because I was at the lake mostly. I miss my Jade trees, bonsai tree and elephant ear plants that acted as curtains for our large East and South windows. I will figure something out, I am certain.
The entire area needs to take the to court. The FAA apparently approves them. Alena Freeland gives a lot of information about the towers in her book, "Geoengineered Transhumanism. They have been in a race to place tripple the number of towers all over. Why is no ONE calling them out for it? They present as a simple cell tower for these demonic I-phones.

The dark ones fear us using the laws to police their actions because the Laws step in to address the harm they are causing. they want us to stay in apathy, feeling helpless, but the turret is they dark ones fear we will wake up to how much help is there. We can also peacefully ask for any errors we may have made to be deleted,
and then
peacefully ask for all malicious harm, all malicious intentions to cause harm, and all harm caused through apathy, ignorance, looking the other way, to be returned to all those responsible for this harm. (This is to help those harming, to learn from their own errors and is not sent back with malice or anger, just a calm heart)
Then,
we can ask for all that has been lost from yourself and loved ones, pets, plants, all precious life to be healed and restored, in the form of Purest Light codes which can never be distorted or infiltrated by the dark or any other technology.
When these threes requests are made, a powerful force of goodness starts to surround and protect you and shield you from this frequency attack. It builds the more you use it and unfortunately it stops working and dismantles itself if not used three times daily, so it needs a commitment to self and others to want to maintain the protection once in place.
The requests are said in this order — there are deeper reasons for doing it this way.
Mark is right, this is a frequency attack on humanity aimed at annihilation and most are so ignorant or mind controlled, they cannot even see that they are enslaving those they love, and so, we have very few on the planet who care about the solutions.
This is a war on our spirit, first and foremost... we can all benefit by calling on the opposing power of destroyer force, which is LOVE, and ask LOVE to help us.
We will not be able to protect ourselves otherwise. It is far too complex a matter to try by ourselves — without our hearts, the laws of Creation and LOVE’s help. We lack far too much Knowledge. But these components above know the issues and when we ask for direction, we will get solutions to help protect all life.
Our Infinite Self, that still small voice within, can only help us when we ask for help.
It is not allowed to interfere unless we call for help.

I felt really sad listening to your story as I could feel how much you value your plants, birds, wildlife and sunny, happy kitchen. It is heartbreaking to think they are all suffering/being killed.

I share more help on my SS if you wanted insights to helping all life using more powerful, healing frequencies than the ones being used to harm us. I am totally trusting that bringing in more powerful, positive frequencies will help you.
My husband survived cancer. He is not religious but he does believe that we are being helped. It was stage four when they found it and he had two months to live. We used heart connection to gain help each day, and advice for ourselves and all life, including the wildlife, and he survived.
I was inwardly advised that the most powerful healing frequencies are HOPE, TRUST, and FAITH, and if more who had no belief system saw these frequencies like a science, in terms of them being Frequencies of a far higher strength than hatred, anger, malice, and if they envisaged these frequencies surrounding them each day, through imagination or through pretending they were there, then, these healing frequencies would help more who had cancer and who were ill, to help them on their journey.
They can also be called upon to use each day to surround you, your home, pets, plants etc. and they will help clear the toxic, low energy emissions of 5G frequencies, etc.

I am aware of this, not in such depth and breadth. I learned to protect myself and loved ones by wrapping myself in LOVE Light with prayers of protection, particularly when going out into the insane mass lineups to go into the grocery store starting in 2020. I would just walk right by all of them with a smile on my face wishing them well, "Hope you are having a great day!" as the store guards were dumbfounded and amazed... they smiled with their eyes as I breezed by. I understand how humankind have been manipulated and controlled over the past 3 centuries, via propaganda, and even back to the 3rd century starting with the Vatican. In my own morning meditation, I have been incorporating LOVE, COMPASSION, GRATITUDE, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, FORGIVENESS and HEALING in my tapping routine, when I am meditating on entraining my heart waves and brain waves in those attributes. I in iced her and no reply. So she won't even respond to the adverse effects of using this compound. It's a transfection agemt. I hope she's just got it wrong but again you'd rectify this.
