I have registered a complaint with the Ombudsman that the North East Combined Authorities NECA are funding those offending Smart Traffic management Systems. >£5 million.
The 6 Combined Authorities fund Fusion Traffic Management Systems that do not allow Public Consultation.
As Mark suggests, if anyone want to "get something done" then consider an Ombudsman Complaint to your Local Authority on the use of of Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems health damage in your area.
I have several ongoing Ombudsman Complaints about Local Authorities who will not allow Public consultation contrary to government legislation.
