I can personally testify that this is real because about 10 days ago they cranked it up considerably where I live and I had to leave, go away for a week and now that I've returned to my flat it is the same insane numbers and I realize I have to find somewhere else to live at a very short notice.

Interesting thought, but it is in the 'breezes', what they are delivering is airborne. What does change however is EMF exposure with elevation and humidity. I have recently made the change from elevation to sea level and the EMF exposure difference is considerable. It is said that for every metre in elevation the atmospheric electricity increases by 100 Volts. Mountain tops can penetrate through to higher radiation exposure much more easily than flat land at sea level.
