I see people recording stuff all the time not connected to this subject but often see flickering LED lights flickering constantly when lighting next to them is not(Just not only lighting), almost like strobe lighting speeds. I always think they are doing this for a specific reason. Is this along the lines you are discussing? P.S. Only visible via mobile phone camera footage, not to the naked eye.
